Procedure For Bookings

Please type all your details into the form below to make a booking for our doves. Once your details are received, we will check our availability for your event and send back a confirmation email with information how to pay your deposit.

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. If we are not available we will send back an email with contact details of other dove releasers in Sydney that may be available.

Bookings can only be secured by a minimum $50 deposit.If we have emailed you to confirm our availablility we will hold that date/time for 3 weeks from the day our confirmation email is sent. If no deposit is forthcoming we will make that date/time available for others to book.

Once a deposit or installment is received we will email or post a receipt.

BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE FORM, please be aware that Heavenly Doves, Sydney will only take bookings for events in Sydney, Australia. If you want to release doves in any other city, state or country, please go to the DOVE LINKS page, where you should find your local dove releaser.
Or Alternatively search your favourite search engine for "white doves" + the location you want.
Unfortunately, we don't have the time or resources to reply to people wanting to book doves anywhere other than Sydney.

Heavenly Doves Release Policy and Booking Conditions

Our Release Policy To release only well trained, well cared for white racing pigeon stock which are banded with bands from an Australian Racing Pigeon Club or permanant personalized bands with address and phone number of the breeder...

To ensure that appropriate attire is worn for all events and that release coordinators are 100% reliable and on time...

To return deposits for acts of God, bad weather etc...

To NOT release homing birds INDOORS..

To NOT release homing birds AT NIGHT..

To NOT release homing birds in INCLEMENT WEATHER...

To NOT ship birds by mail for self-release..

To NOT release birds beyond a range they are unable to safely fly...

To Ensure that EVERY event has at least one knowledgeable release coordinator present...

Booking Conditions

By submitting information in the booking form, we will assume that you have read and agreed to these conditions.

Bookings can only be secured by minimum $50 deposit or full payment.

All bookings should be paid in full by the day of the event.

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will be fully refunded.

If a cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before an event, we will retain $50 as a cancellation fee and refund any extra that has been paid.

We reserve the right to cancel a dove release in bad weather ie. heavy rain, strong winds, hail or thunderstorms. We will also call off a dove release if it is too close to dusk (because the doves won't fly in the dark).
In these circumstances, we will try to substitute a different service if possible (ie. a dove display or fantail release) and only charge for that service.

If the dove release is called off due to bad weather and we can't substitute another service (as outlined above) or you don't want to substitute we will issue you a full refund. If the dove release is called off because we decide that the time is too close to dusk for the birds to fly safely home (due to delays either within or outside your control), no money will be refunded.

We cannot guarantee exactly what the doves will do after they are released. The birds will always fly up into the air after their release, but they may disappear very quickly or they may circle around many times before flying away.
