Cryin for me
by: Matt Bliga

This was played at a funeral service I went to for a family friend. It was written for a friend of Toby's - Wayman Tisdale, a former NBA player turned jazz musician. He committed suicide and this was a tribute. There was not a dry eye in the house.

I'm crying for me
by: Andrea

I lost my husband 8 weeks ago from a heart attack.

Someone else picked that song for his funeral and when it played it matched everything I was feeling.

He passed on a Friday and Sunday would have been his 32nd birthday. But the song is an honest song because I don't cry for him because I know in my heart that he is no longer in physical pain And when I cry, I cry for me because I'm the one who is left here with all the questions of why.

I cry for me because I will never be able to wake up in the morning and see his face first thing. I will never be able to hear here him tell me how much he loves me which he did constantly.

I will never be able to see him walk in the door, exhausted from working hard and I will never be able to take his work boots off so he can relax. A lot of reasons to make me cry for me.
