Flowers

What types of flowers do you display at a funeral?
It's an entirely personal choice. If you're not familiar with the different varieties of flowers available, have a look at photos of floral arrangements at an online florist.
The white iris is a traditional condolence flower. It also represents faith, hope, wisdom and valour.
White lillies are a symbol of purity, majesty and virginity.
Roses are the the flower of love, but the different colours of the rose can have their own meanings:
Red - respect and courage
Pink/Peach - admiration, sympathy
White - reverence, purity, innocence
Red, Pink and White - trinity.
The herb rosemary is a traditional remembrance plant that was often placed in graves as a symbol that the person would never be forgotten.Read more information about Rosemary.
