help please i need the last couple of lines

im wanting to do a reading for my grandma's funeral. im reading a poem which she has carried around on a piece of paper in her purse for years which means its been bashed around abit!!
i think im missing a couple of lines and hoping someone could enlighten me!!

If you should meet a person
Who has lost someone very dear,
Dont talk about the weather,
But let them shed a tear.
If they want to share a photograph,
then let them reminisce,
dont pretend it hasnt happened
and their dear one they wont miss
if you should see them wandering
along a lonely road
dont pretend you havent seen them
but help them with their load
for one day, that grief they have. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

thank you
