Don't know the title??

Would like to know the title and author of the following poem a friend shared with me that I'd like to use for my dad's memorial. The beginning is as follows:

"God looked around His garden
and he found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth
and he waw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best."

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
